Architectural Review Committee
Woods Bay Homeowners’ Association has an Architectural Review Committee to help maintain the quality of our neighborhood. The Architectural Review Committee assists the Board in upholding the governing documents and protecting our community and property values. The Architectural Review Committee is responsible for reviewing and approving all plans to all improvements which any owners in Woods Bay Homesites intend to construct on property located within Woods Bay Homesites. Lot owners desiring to construct an original residence, add an outbuilding, add or modify a fence, or substantially remodel the exterior of a dwelling by increasing or changing the exterior walls, need to first submit plans for such construction to the Architectural Review Committee for approval prior to commencement of construction. No construction may be started without written approval being given by the Architectural Review Committee.
